Terms of Service & Studio Rules

1. Facility Hire Agreement

By booking a session at sonklemom, you agree to these Terms of Service. All facility access and production sessions at 470 Richmond St W, Suite 302, Toronto, ON are subject to these conditions.

2. Session Timings & Overtime

Bookings are scheduled in discrete blocks (e.g. 2 hours for 190 EUR audio sessions). Your reservation includes a complimentary 15-minute setup buffer prior to your scheduled block. Sessions must conclude on time to allow cleaning and reset for subsequent creators. Overtime exceeding 15 minutes is billed at 50 EUR per 30-minute increment, subject to schedule availability.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• More than 48 hours notice: You may reschedule your booking to any available date without penalty, or cancel for a full refund.
• Less than 48 hours notice: Cancellations or reschedule requests forfeit 50% of the session fee.
• No-shows: Sessions where the client fails to arrive without prior notification forfeit 100% of the booking fee.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain 100% ownership of your content. sonklemom exercises no claim, copyright, or moral rights over podcasts, interviews, or voice tracks recorded within our premises. We will never publish excerpts, behind-the-scenes clips, or client names without your prior written approval.

5. Equipment Use & Conduct

Clients are expected to exercise reasonable care when handling microphones, headphones, and camera rigs. An audio engineer is present to adjust booms, cables, and lighting. Clients may not alter studio electrical wiring, patch bays, or dismantle wall acoustic panels. Food and open beverages are restricted to the green room lounge area.
